On July 19th, Kingdom School of Divinity hosted an impactful workshop bringing together current and aspiring Christian ministry leaders from across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. In partnership with The Torchbearers Institute (TTI) and the Association of Churches of Christ the King (CCK), this event was designed to identify, equip, and inspire individuals called to serve in areas such as seminary education, church planting, chaplaincy, pastoral care and counseling, and urban missions.
Held at Rutgers University Express Newark, the gathering featured powerful presentations by Dr. Keith Wilks, President and Founder of KSD, Dr. Omar Liles, Vice President and Co-Founder, and Bob Engal, Vice President of Global Missions Development for CCK. Attendees engaged in interactive discussions on ministry development, completed a Ministry Calling Assessment, and created personalized ministry plans. Students from KSD and other's also participated by sharing testimonies and added valuable insights.
The day included refreshments, networking, and practical discussions on licensing, ordination, and the variety of training programs available through KSD and its partners. Due to the success of this event, KSD plans to offer these workshops on a quarterly basis.
