President & Founder
Dr. Keith Wilks D.Min
The founder and apostolic overseer for Community Transformation Church, a multigenerational fellowship of churches based in NJ and Kenya. He also serves as Executive Director for The Transformation Family, Inc. an organization committed to fighting child hunger in impoverished communities in Nairobi, Kenya. Dr. Wilks is also honored to serve as Spiritual Advisor for the K.I.N.G. VP & Co- Founder
Dr. Omar Liles D.Min
Omar was ordained through the National Association of Christian Ministers and remains active in ministry and community work. He is a member of the King Movement and serves on the ministerial staff at Shiloh Baptist Church, while also attending Community Transformation Church in Newark, NJ. Omar is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Kingdom School of Divinity, a member school of the Association of Churches of Christ the King, focused on theological education and ministry training. His passion lies in mental wellness and community building. • Light University with a Master Diploma in Mental Health Coaching and a Certificate in Biblical Counseling. • Andersonville Theological Seminary with a doctorate in Ministry • New York Divinity School an a affiliate of City Vision University - with a Master of Religion. • Dean of The Torchbearers Institute Certifications: • Certified Mental Health Coaching •Certified in Mental Health First Aid • Certified Mental Health Advocate • Evangel Certified Dean

Professor & Dean of Chaplaincy
Dr. Malachia Brantley D.Min
Malachia Brantley, Jr. is a native of Newark, New Jersey. He is a graduate of Virginia Union University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. In addition, he has certificates from the Amos Tuck School of Business of Dartmouth University and Blanton Peale Institute in Pastoral Care and Counseling. Dr. Brantley earned his Doctor of Ministry from New York Theological Seminary. His dissertation focused on "Reducing Recidivism Among Metro-Newark Youth". In completing four units of Clinical Pastoral Education, Dr. Brantley has certifications from: • Association of Professional Chaplains • The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy • American Correctional Chaplains Association. Presently, Dr. Brantley is the Senior Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church and Supervisor of Religious Services at Northern State Prison Newark, New Jersey.
